TRANSPLANTING TREES

This tree was standing (1991–92) in the middle of big residential Plot No. 54, Kailash Colony Main Road, New Delhi – 110065.

Before shifting of this tree (Daarhiwala Bodhi Peepal), Puja was performed by Pt. Shyam Ji of Sanatan Dharm Temple, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi.

Cranes and workers toiling hard after balancing root ratio to meticulously transfer the tree (circumference approx. 7 feet).

(Wonderful growth after 4 years — sprouted with more than 22 branches) Re-planted at Gaumath Mandir, Satbari, Mehrauli, New Delhi — a surprise for the villagers, as per Mahant Swami Karampal Ji, who was saying:
"Dharti Phar Ke Ped Nikla"

This tree Ficus Religiosa (Peepal) replaced inside Sheetla Mata Mandir, Gurgaon (doing puja – Biresh Raheja ‘Bhumya’)

After 5 years growth although this tree was shifted in the harsh/dried month of May

OWN/ASSOCIATED NURSERIES HAVING GOOD QUALITY BIG SIZE TREE PLANTS MATERIAL

Our survival rates of big tree plantation is the highest due to unique planting procedure including bio-technic applications even termite control/soil moisture and growth promoters etc. except natural calamities and undesired happenings

Plant a Tree, Grow a Future.

OUR PROPOSED MEGA PROJECT

Removal of WILD BABOOL / Kikar (Prosopis Juliflora) from forests across the country and planting useful trees

We, Bhu Shringar Foundation, an NGO and non-profit organization, want to make the forests good, green, more useful for animals and humans again. We want to remove plants like WILD BABOOL/Kikar (Prosopis juliflora) and plant other useful trees in their place which are shady, fruitful, and help in making the environment clean and healthy. Provide plenty of oxygen in the environment, make the land fertile and attract rain.

Because wild Babul is not useful for anyone in any way. Its wood is of no use. Being thorny, it is harmful for wild animals and humans. Animals have trouble in movement in it. It reduces the water level of the ground and weakens the fertility power of the land. It does not attract rain. So we can say that Wild Babul is harmful in every way, so it should be removed from our forests.

We want to plant the following types of trees :

  • PEEPAL(Ficus Religiosa) : Tree that provides oxygen, gives shade, gives food to birds.
  • BANYAN(Ficus Benghalensis) : Tree that provides shade, shelter and food for birds, prevents soil erosion.
  • Gular(Ficus Racemosa) : Tree that provides food and shade for wild animals and birds.
  • JAMUN(Syzygium Cumini) : Fruit bearing and shady tree which is useful for animals and birds.

These trees will:
  • Provide food and shelter for wild animals and birds
  • Attract rain and make the land fertile and also prevent soil erosion
  • Provide shade and enrich the environment
